Of all the deep, deep philosophical issues we contend with in the human journey, the question: “What is the good life? What is a meaningful life? What is a flourishing life?” is central to living life well. We are clearly in need of wisdom.
My name is Rob Lord+ and I’m currently living in Winter Park, FL. I’ve had the privilege of serving as an Episcopal priest, a spiritual guide and teacher, a Rector, in four vibrant parish communities over 40 years.
In those years, and in each of those beloved places, my heart found its voice. From contemplative silence came something to say that burns within me. Offering spiritual guidance, teaching, spiritual direction and liturgy, unfolded the immeasurable richness of that silence. Silence is a way of knowing.
Silence is the home of something to say and to do. (Psalm 62:1)
This website is a place for discovering the wisdom we need to lead a more flourishing life. As St. Ireneaus said centuries ago: The Glory of God is a human being, fully alive. Flourishing. This is the Heart of God’s gift and call to you.
